Low Fee Real Estate Service

With our “Full-Service with $avings!”® program, Assist-2-Sell Cromer Realty provides homeowners all of the services they might find at a “traditional” real estate company, but for a low fee.

We are an experienced, professional and licensed full-service discount rate real estate brokerage that will take care of everything a home seller needs from a real estate company but with the advantages and savings that only a low commission real estate concept can offer.

Selling your home through a reduced commission REALTOR® with Assist-2-Sell Cromer Realty can help you sell your home faster and at a substantial savings.


When a home seller decides to work with an Assist-2-Sell Cromer Realty agent, they are given a choice between two marketing programs:


  • With the “Direct-to-Buyers”SM marketing program, customers pay a fee, as low as $2995, to sell their home. Under this program, we provide full-service, handling everything throughout the entire home selling process all the way to closing. Houses are marketed directly to home buyers rather than to agents through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). While the MLS is a powerful marketing tool, it is typically the most expensive part of selling a home and not all home sellers want or need it.
  • At anytime if needed, customers have the option of placing their home in the local MLS through our “MLS for Less”® program. While continuing to providing home our customers full service, this program adds the benefits of the MLS and still offers home sellers the opportunity to save thousands of dollars. Under this program, home sellers can save 25% or more off of a typical six percent MLS commission.

All Assist-2-Sell Cromer Realty customers receive full-service, regardless of whether they select the “Direct-to-Buyers”SM program or the “MLS for Less”® program. And there are no upfront costs; all fees are paid at closing.


For each home that we list, Assist-2-Sell Cromer Realty will:

  • Provide the home owner with accurate information using similar techniques as appraisers, to arrive at a list price.
  • Implement an aggressive marketing campaign that is targeted and aimed at reaching active home buyers directly.
  • Implement extensive Internet Marketing, including multiple photos and detailed property information.
  • Provide the component of easy access to a "live" agent in our Internet Marketing.
  • Create and post a Virtual Tour on the Web
  • Place homes that are listed in the MLS on REALTOR.com®.
  • Post a “For Sale” sign for the front of the home.
  • Create a listing flyer.
  • Keep the “For Sale” flyer box full of flyers (if applicable).
  • Take all phone calls.
  • Always have a Realtor® show the home, by appt only.
  • Pre-qualify home buyers.
  • Write the sales contract.
  • Negotiate the purchase agreement.
  • Help the home buyer obtain financing.
  • Handle all paperwork.
  • Arrange the appraisal.
  • Arrange for all inspections.
  • Supervise the closing.
